ABOUT

& KEY ISSUES

The Construction Leadership Council (CLC) is an invitation-only forum regularly gathering to discuss the latest legislative and regulatory challenges, hear from key Administration, Hill and infrastructure leaders, serve as an industry-wide collaboration forum, and seek creative opportunities to advance priorities.

GOALS

Keep members current on key issues, establish and bolster industry relationships in order to create opportunities for collaboration and mutual benefit.

KEY ISSUE AREAS

1. Legislative, regulatory and legal headwinds facing the industry and future growth

2. Promoting the industry’s efforts to expand and diversify its workforce 

3. Supporting incentives and investments for industry training efforts focused on skills, management and safety training.

STRUCTURE

Meeting regularly, members will engage with leading policymakers and members will have the opportunity to host leading members of Congress and staff, advise on key topics and discussion, and suggest ideas for op-eds that bring together groups of members. Meetings are 90-minute luncheons.

The Council is open open to senior association and company executives in the following industries: construction and design, owners, as well as policy thought-leaders, investors, legal advisors.
